Common Questions from Clients of Service Providers

Once I have set up my Client Profile do I need to do it again for each different Service Provider I book ?

No. Once created it can be used for any other service provider you find on Clickbook.

What if my favourite Service Provider is not registered here ?

You can send a referral from ClickBook to your service provider or anyone that takes appointments. To to this, go to your Booking Centre and enter the name and email address in to the Send a Referral panel.

Will this cost me anything ?

No. This service is free of charge to clients.

How will my Service Provider know I have booked ?

Your service provider has the ability to find out about your booking in the following ways:
- Email alert sent instantly for all new bookings
- SMS can also be sent if the service provider has switched this feature on
- Regular check of their Clickbook appointment screen

Can I tell my Service Provider about special needs along with my booking ?

Yes. The system will present you with a booking form which has a field to enter any advanced information you would like your service provider to be aware of.

I sometimes forget about my appointments. Can I get reminder ?

Yes. Your client profile has an area where you can set email and / or SMS reminders.

Can I cancel or change my bookings ?

Yes. When you login as a registered client you will be taken to a window showing all your appointments. Click on "Cancel" and make new appointments as required.

Beware however that you are subject to the Terms of your chosen service provider which will have been displayed to you while you made the appointment and also in your appointment confirmation email. Quite often, short-notice cancellations incur a cancellation fee from your service provider.

I need to update / change my Client Profile. How do I do that ?

Login as a registered client. You will be taken to a window showing all appointments. Click on the link "Update My Profile". Change contact details and reminder settings as required.
